This hat was originally made for a family member in Louisiana that takes us on duck hunts. After smashing a pile of mallards, I joked with him about how I was disappointed that we didn’t harvest any mergansers. Regardless of the different options of the hooded merganser, nobody can disagree about them being a beautiful duck.
